(3)The provisions of section 4 and sub-section (1) and (2) of section 12 of the [Indian Limitation Act, 1908 (Central Act IX of 1908)] [Now the Limitation Act, 1963 (Central Act 36 of 1963).] shall, so far as may be, apply to any appeal or application for revision under this Act.
