Section 251 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
251. Toll on roads.
- The Corporation may, with the sanction of the Government, establish a toll-bar on any public street in the Corporation area and levy a toll at such toll-bar on vehicles at such rate as may be determined by the Corporation by regulation from time to time.
