Section 1 in The Punjab Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Remains & Sites Act, 1964
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1964.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.
