Section 2(k) in The M.P. Kashtha Chiran (Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 1984
(k)words and expressions used but not defined in this Act and defined in the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (XVI of 1927), shall have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
