Section 49(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)The annual accounts prepared by the Comptroller shall be submitted to such examination and audit as the State Government may direct, and a copy of the annual accounts and the audit report shall be submitted to the State Government.
