Section 10 in Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Act, 1987
10. Authorities.
- The following shall be Authorities of the University, namely:-(a)Board of Management;(b)Academic Council;(c)Board of Studies; and(d)such other bodies as may be declared by the Statutes to be the Authorities of the University.
