PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to grant
permission and provide police protection to the Temple Kodai Festival for
conducting poojas in ''Arulmighu Sri Mupidathi amman temple at
Ambedkar Nagar, Pathamadai, Tirunelveli District on 14.03.2022 and
15.03.2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated
17.02.2022.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed directing the 3rd respondent herein to grant permission and provide police protection to the Temple Kodai Festival for conducting poojas in ''Arulmighu Sri Mupidathi amman temple at Ambedkar Nagar, Pathamadai, Tirunelveli District on 14.03.2022 and 15.03.2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2022.
2. The representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2022 is still pending on the file of the third respondent.
3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
