Section 38(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(1)The Executive Council of each University shall make new Statutes in conformity with the provisions of this Act and submit them to the Chancellor for his assent within three months of the commencement of this Act.
