Section 1 in The Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme.(2)It extends to the whole of India.(3)It shall come into force on the 10th day of December, 1971.
