Section 32(i) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
(i)the institution applying for a specific grant has been registered as a society under the Registrikaran Adhiniyam in force and has been duly recognised by the Government under the concerned laws for eligibility to the grant;
