310. Prohibition of use of public places or sides of public road as cart stand.
- Where the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] has provided a public landing place, halting place or cart stand, the Executive Officer may with the approval of the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] prohibit the use for the same purpose by any person within such distance thereof, as may be prescribed, of any public place or the sides of any public road.
