Section 12(ii) in The U.P. Basic School Teachers (Savings-Cum-Insurance) Rules, 1976
(ii)Upon the termination of membership, the Member's contribution to the Scheme shall cease and the benefit in respect of him under the deposit Administration Plan shall become payable in terms of Rule 13.
