36. Control of manufacture, storage and sale of Yoga related Instruments.
- Subject to the provisions of any law for the time being in force relating to instruments, the State Government shall have the power to regulate and control manufacture, storage and sale of Yoga instruments and its modern advances by the grant of licences to manufactures, stockists and sellers on such conditions as may be prescribed.
