Section 12(v) in The M.P. Nagar Palika (Registration of Coloniser, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998
(v)On the basis of the total area of the colony, the amount at the rate of rupees ten per square metre for external development cost, shall be deposited by the coloniser in the treasury of the municipality in cash or by Bank Draft. The State Government may revise this rale from time to time :
