(2)Where a [Presiding Officer] [Substituted vide O.G.E. No. 1106 dated 7.6.2008.] stops a poll under Sub-rule (1) he shall observe the procedure laid down in Rules 56 and 57 and forthwith make a full report of the circumstances to the Election Officer who shall forward the same expeditiously With his remarks thereon, if any, to the Election Commission.
