27-02-2026 Heard Mr. M. K. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.

No representation on behalf of the other respondents and on the last occasion also the other respondents remained unrepresented.

However, it is submitted by Lahkar, learned APP that the scanned copy of the TCR has already been received but it is not accompanied with the case diary and hence, the Registry may be directed to call for the scanned copy of the case diary.

In view of above, the Registry is directed to call for the scanned copy of the case diary reminder may be issued in that regard directing the learned Trial Court to furnish the scanned copy of the case diary.

List this matte after 4(four) weeks, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
