(4)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a term of three years at the pleasure of the Chancellor and shall be eligible for re-appointment on the advice of the Government, but not beyond the age of [seventy years] [Substituted 'sixty-five years' by Act No. 8 of 2019, dated 1.5.2019.].
