221. Form and manner of appeals against the award of Claims Tribunal.
[Sections 173 and 176(c)]. - An appeal against the award of a Claims Tribunal shall be preferred in the form of a memorandum stating concisely the grounds on which the appeal is preferred. It shall be accompanied by a copy of the judgment and the award appealed against.
