(6)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the committee of the Apex Co-operative Bank and Central Co-operative Bank shall be removed or superseded by the Registrar in public interest at the recommendation of the Reserve Bank of India within one .month of being so advised.] [Added by Notification No F. 2(15) Vidhi/2/2010 dated 3-4-2010 w.e.f. 16-10-2009.]
