Section 20(1) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
(1)On the expiry of the period specified in the licensee, and on receipt of the return in Form No. 7 from the licensee, the Issuing Officer shall, after satisfying himself that the holder of the licence, had not committed any breach of the conditions of the licence, refund expeditiously the deposit.
