Section 12(2) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Act, 1949
(2)The State Government may appoint places where an Inspector may detain and inspect any such vessel or vehicle, and, if it is not in a sanitary condition, require it to be cleansed and disinfected in the prescribed manner within such time as the Inspector may appoint.
