Section 7(2) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad Act, 1958
(2)[ The Upadhayaksha shall preside at the meetings of the Antarim Zila Parishad in the absence of the Adhyaksha and shall in case of equality of votes, have a casting vote. He shall also perform such other functions as may be delegated to him by the Adhyaksha or the Antarim Zila Parishad under this Act.] [Substituted by U.P. Act VI of 1961]
