1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Act, 2000.(2)[ It shall come into force on such date as the Government, may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint.] [Enforced by SRO-54 dated 12-2-2001 w.e.f. 21-2-2001.]
