Section 1 in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
1. Short title application and extent.
(1)These rules may be called as the Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002.(2)They shall apply to the Building and Other Construction Workers relating to any establishment in relation to which the State Government of Orissa is the appropriate Government.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Orissa Gazette.
