(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the measures of evaluation of Fiscal position of the State Government.(b)the form of Medium Term Fiscal Policy Statement and Fiscal Policy Strategic Statement under sub-section (5) of section 3;(c)the form in which disclosures shall be made under sub-section (2) of section 6; and(d)any other matter which is required to be, or may be prescribed.
