Section 1 in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) This Order may be called the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.(ii)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(iii)It shall come into force on the date of its notification.
