Section 2(ii) in Bihar Neera (Unfermented Juice of Palms) Rules, 2017
(ii)"Licensing Authority" means the Excise Superintendent, Assistant Commissioner of Excise of the district concerned or any other authority empowered by the State Government to grant a license under these Rules;
