Section 5 in State Bank of India General Regulations, 1955
5. Parties who may not be registered as shareholders.
(1)Except as otherwise provided by these regulations, no minor or person who has been found by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be of unsound mind shall be entitled to be registered as a shareholder.(2)In the case of firms, shares shall be registered in the names of the individual partners, and no firm, as such, shall be entitled to be registered as a shareholder.
