1. The above case has been posted to today for consideration of further report 1 and also for hearing.
2. We have received a report submitted by the District Collector, Chennai District in which it was mentioned that certain survey nos. have been mentioned which were classified as Rayath-Manavari mentioned as Sadayanguppam Neer Muzhgu Kadai in the remarks column of the printed register.
3. The learned counsel appearing for State Department explained Neer Muzhgu Kadai means it is only given for agricultural purposes when the tank was dry and it is a conditional Patta and they cannot be used for any other purpose other than cultivation during the dry season of the lake.
