Section 17(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1971
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules1not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
