Section 129(2)(v) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009

(v)that all life-buoys on deck of vessel are kept in good state of maintenance and are so placed that if such vessel sinks then they remain to float and one of such buoys is within the immediate reach of steer man of such vessel and another is situated after part of such vessel; and
