Section 12(2) in Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board Rules, 2008
(2)A member of the Board shall also be paid cash payment in lieu of unutilised leave at his credit at the time of his retirement on superannuation from Government service during his tenure as a member in accordance with the rules applicable to him as Government servant in this behalf.
