Section 77 in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
77. Rate of interest.
- Simple interest at the rate of eighteen percent shall be charged from the due date on all dues in respect of dead rent, royalty, annual quarry licence fee, royalty collection contract, excess royalty collection contract amount and contribution towards District Mineral Foundation Trust:Provided that in case of any dues in respect of interest, penalty or cost of mineral, no interest shall be charged.
