Section 24(8) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995
(8)Save as otherwise directed by the Authority/Committee, a legal practitioner who ceases to be on the panel whether on account of resignation or otherwise, shall as soon as practicable, after he so ceases to be on the penal, deliver all the papers pertaining to cases entrusted to him, to the Member-Secretary of Authority/Committee.
