Section 214(b) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(b)A licence granted under these rules may be cancelled if,(i)the licensee has been suspended three times.(ii)he becomes disqualified on any of the grounds specified in Rule 201 and covered by Rule 209.(iii)he has furnished false or incorrect information or particulars in the application for licence.
