The licensee shall always have in stock a sufficient quantity of empty bottles of such descriptions and capacity, which he is permitted to bottle under these rules so that after complying with all orders in hand, the stock of empty bottles shall be equal to the quantity of stock which may, from time to time, be determined by the Financial Commissioner keeping in view the requirements for ten days of the country liquor licensees in the State. The licensee shall on the 1st and 15th day of each month, report to the inspector the quantity of empty bottles in gross numbers then in stock, and shall permit the inspector of verify the said quantity if he desires to do so.Accounts and Registers
