Section 2(1)(k) in The Punjab Anand Marriages Registration Rules, 2016

(k)"Registrar of Marriages" means a Tehsildar or a Naib Tehsildar within their respective jurisdiction; and

(I)"State Government" means the Government of the State of Punjab in the Department of Justice.
