On a mention being made, this writ application is disposed 2 Patna High Court CWJC No.16905 of 2015 dt.06-11-2015 2/2 of in terms of the following order:
Petitioners' claim that when it came down to grant of promotion from the post of V L W to Block Agriculture Officer, they have been discriminated and many persons junior to them have been granted the benefit whereas they have been left out.
On an application being filed before the Agriculture Production Commissioner cum Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture, he will verify the position and if petitioners do not suffer from any legal impediment for disqualification, their cases for promotion would also be considered and decided within a period of six months.
