23. Capabilities of holders of certificates.
- The certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer shall qualify the holders thereof to be incharge of a boiler or boilers of any type and size provided that the boilers are so situated that no one of them is distant more than 150 feet from any other of them.The holder of a certificate of proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer shall for all intents and purposes be deemed to have fulfilled the requirements of the Bihar Boiler Attendants' Rules, 1948.
