Section 36(4)(b) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995

(b)The State Government may, at any time after the appointed day, transfer to the University the control and management of any of its institutions, research centres or farms on such terms and conditions as that Government may deem fit and proper.
