Section 24 in THE TELANGANA STATE BUILDING PERMISSION APPROVAL AND SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (TS-bPASS) ACT, 2020
24. Act to override other Laws.
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other State law for the time being in force or any custom or usage or any instrument having effect by virtue of any such law.(2)The provisions of this Act will supersede the relevant provisions of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act and Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act relating to building permissions and enforcement.
