Section 14(vi) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(vi)The licensee shall maintain records of the ration card holders, e.g. stock register, issue or sale register in the format prescribed, from time to time by the administrative department, and it shall also include electronic format in a progressive manner.
