A/1799/2018 Before Lok Adalat held on 25.06.2022 Sri.Akbar Pasha, GPA holder of Appellant and Sri.Mayanna Gowda, Advocate are present. Having been negotiated the dispute between the parties since settled in consideration of execution of Reconveyance Deed by Smt.Haseena Begum represented through her husband/GPA on 21.05.2022 in favour of Appellant herein - since Appellant agreed to pay Rs.7,00,000/- deposited by him payable to Sri.Akbar pasha/Respondent. In view of such settlement, we recommend Commission to return Rs.7,00,000/- deposited by Appellant payable to Sri.Akbar Pasha along with interest with proper identification.
In view of settlement A/1799/2018 stands disposed off - consequently set aside the order dtd.02.09.2003 passed in CC/622/2003 on the file of Bengaluru 3rd Addl., DCDRF.
