.-(1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, revise the fees as specified in Schedule V, from time to time.(2)All fees payable under these rules shall be paid through crossed demand draft drawn on any Bank in favour of the Chief Controller of Explosives or Controller of Explosives or Department of Explosives payable at respective places, as the case may be.
