Hon'ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J) The matter pertains to year 2016 and listed today for final hearing. Learned counsel for the respondents is ready for arguments.

2. As per records, on the previous dates of hearing, i.e. 10.12.2019, 03.11.2022 and 15.02.2023, none had appeared on behalf of the applicant and today also there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the proceedings anymore. Hence, the OA stands dismissed in de-fault for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to cost.
