ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to dispose the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code, dated 10.03.2022 within a stipulated time.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the enquiry has been fixed on 28.06.2022 and after the enquiry, they will dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 133 of Cr.P.C.
4. In such view of the matter, no further direction is required.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
