Section 10(1) in The Delhi Right To Information Rules, 2001
(1)The Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish with effect from such date as specified in the notification, a Council to be known as State Council for Right to Information.[*] [By Notificatiion No. F. 17/7/2001 /AR, dated 21st November 2001, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi has established State Council for Right to Information, see Annexure 2.]
