Section 20 in The Orissa Muhammedan Marriages and Divorces Registration Act, 1949
20. Refusal to register to be recorded.
- Every Muhammedan Registrar refusing to register a marriage or divorce shall make an order of refusal, and record his reasons for such order in a book to be kept for that purpose.
