All reply post cards of private manufacture shall display the title "post card" on the address-side. Reply halves of reply-paid cards shall bear the words "post cards" and Reply". Whatever is printed on the address-side of the inland or international official post cards issued by the Post Office is also permissible on the address-side of cards of private manufacture.
