Section 1(4) in Hyderabad City Water Supply Act 1954
(4)The Government may, at any time by like notification, direct that all or any of the provisions of this Act shall cease to extend to any area and on such date as may be specified in the notification; and on that date the said provisions shall cease to be in force in such area.
